Our Job Development Process is a collaboration between the job seeker and the job developer to find the perfect match between the job seeker's employment goal and the current labour market.

We work with job seekers to analyze their skills, abilities, aptitudes and interests and then identify job matches between employers and job seekers through effective job search strategies and return-to-work action plans

We will:
Provide training on job search techniques, such as:
- completing applications,
- résumé writing,
- interview preparation 
- interviewing

Our Job Development team also provides post-hire support and monitoring to ensure that the employer and job seeker are satisfied.
