Professional Development
Keeping your workforce current in today's global economy is a business imperative. Studies show that professional development not only results in more effective employees, but also in a higher rate of professional satisfaction, and improved retention. When the cost of hiring new employees is up to 150% of an employee's salary, retaining top talent is a significant business requirement.
