POSITION TITLE - RECEPTIONIST

Avocation is seeking a volunteer receptionist to answer a multi-line telephone, direct calls and give information in person to clients.

This is a volunteer position, suitable for a retiree, high school student or college/university intern or co-op student.

You will gain experience using Microsoft Office, honing your customer service skills and interacting in a meaningful way with job seekers who are trying to re-enter the workforce.
