For Job Seekers, we offer accessible and inclusive vocational service that engage and empower individuals to overcome barriers to employment, and employees to maximize their potential. We offer Employment Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Corporate Services and take control of their lives and their careers by building self-esteem, providing whole-person support and resources, skills upgrading and employment readiness.

We also provide on-going accessible and inclusive opportunities and support for persons who have overcome significant barriers to maintain employment, develop career growth skills and collectively support resolution of job-impacting issues/problems through such resources as workshops, facilitated group discussions, one-on-one employment counselling, referrals to community agencies, and conferences.

For Employers, we offer corporate recruiting and retention services to assist companies in attracting and retaining top talent for today's global labour market. We also offer workshops and professional development programs to help employees meet and exceed business goals.
